Company Overview
ZeroBounce is looking for a Partnership Manager to join our Marketing team. Your work will help make ZeroBounce and its Customers happier by engaging with customers who might, or are lapsing, or are having billing issues. You will be using the phone and email to contact customers who are having issues paying on our platform, whether through new transactions or recurring. Your goal is to make sure that Customers are happy and reduce ZeroBounce churn. You should have a great personality and sales skills. Understand the capabilities and how to use systems to scale your role.
Job Purpose
Develop and manage strategic partnerships that amplify ZeroBounces market reach, enhance product offerings, and drive revenue growth through collaborative marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development
- Identify & Onboard: Source and negotiate partnerships with ESPs (e.g., Mailchimp), CRM platforms, and marketing agencies to integrate ZeroBounces validation tools.
- Co-Marketing: Design joint campaigns (webinars, case studies) highlighting how partners improve email deliverability using ZeroBounce.
- API Advocacy: Drive adoption of ZeroBounces API among tech partners (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot) through training and incentive programs.
Relationship Management
- Performance Tracking: Monitor partnership KPIs (e.g., referral traffic, co-sold revenue) using dashboards and adjust strategies quarterly.
- Conflict Resolution: Act as mediator when technical or contractual disputes arise (e.g., API rate limits).
- Quarterly Reviews: Present ROI reports to partners (e.g., Your clients saw 30% fewer bounces post-integration).
Strategic Execution
- Content Collaboration: Co-create whitepapers, blogs, or videos with partners (e.g., How [Partner] + ZeroBounce Boost Inbox Placement).
- Event Leadership: Represent ZeroBounce at partner-hosted conferences and trade shows.
- Internal Alignment: Work with product teams to prioritize partner-requested features (e.g., enhanced spam trap detection).
- Collaborate with Product to scope technical integrations
Requirements
Essential
- 3+ years in partner marketing, channel sales, or SaaS business development.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with API integrations, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and email deliverability metrics.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to structure win-win contracts (revenue share, co-marketing budgets).
- Communication: Ability to translate technical features (e.g., email scoring) into partner value propositions.
Preferred
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance and bounce types (hard/soft).
- Certifications: Partner programs like AWS Partner Network or HubSpot Solutions Partner.
- Bonus: experience with MarTech
