\nRCM is partnering with a North Suburban Therapeutic Day School seeking paraprofessionals for the 2025-2026 school year.

\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\n
- \n\t
- Paraprofessional will work in a special education classroom 1:1 and small groups. Students could be prK-HS aged with a variety of disabilities (cognitively, physically and emotionally.\n\t
- Paraprofessional will work under the direction of the classroom teacher and support academic, social, and emotional learning.\n\t
- Para may collect and record data, provide academic instruction and support, assist in classroom and individual student (behavior) management and other duties as assigned. \n
\nQUALIFICATIONS: \n\n
- \n\t
- Paraprofessional must have PEL (Professional Educator License): either a PEL (Para) or a PEL (SUB). \n\t
- Prefer paraprofessional with school-based para experience.\n\t
- Credentials to be collected prior to and upon hire.\n
\nCOMPENSATION: \n\n
- \n\t

- Hourly wage starts at $21/hr. Weekly pay.\n
