Blue Sky Cleaning and Demolition Services is looking for a Construction Project Estimator | Construction Project Manager to join our team.

• Compose proposals for construction cleaning and demolition jobs
• Visit job sites as needed
• Attend walk through meetings, pre-bid meetings and pre-construction meetings
• Mark up construction plans to prepare demolition crews to start a new job
• Help manage administrative tasks concerning jobs bid on
• Execute follow up phone calls and emails
• Be able to concentrate for long periods of time
• Enforce policies and procedures
• Build relationships with clients

Necessary qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Must possess basic computer skills
• Uses time constructively and productively

Helpful qualities:

• Experience in the construction industry
• Experience in the cleaning industry
• Experience in estimating
• Microsoft Office skills
• Comfortable handling communications
• Experience reading construction plans

Compensation:

• $40,000 first year base salary
• 5% raise per year on base salary
• Commission on successfully won bids when jobs are complete
• Potential total compensation: $65,000/yr/ to $90,000/yr. depending on effort
