Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 04/21/2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support patient care in both adult and pediatric outpatient clinic settings. The role involves assisting providers with clinical procedures, patient assessments, and ensuring efficient clinic operations.

Work Settings:

  • Adult Outpatient Clinic
  • Pediatric Outpatient Clinic

Clinic Specialties:

  • General / Family Practice
  • Orthopedics
  • Surgery

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and record vital signs including height, weight, and pulse oximetry
  • Perform 12-lead EKG/ECG
  • Prepare patients and exam rooms for provider visits
  • Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
  • Provide care across all age groups: pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure a clean, organized clinical environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience
  • Active certification required: AAMA, AMT, NHA (CCMA), NCMA, or ARMA
  • BLS certification required
  • EPIC- Required
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Additional Information:

  • Flu vaccine required
