Busy, friendly, family dental practice seeking an organized and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both patient care, coordination, and insurance tasks.
 
Responsibilities:

<li>Greet patients and manage front desk operations</li>
<li>Answer phones and schedule appointments</li>
<li>Verify insurance and collect payments</li>
<li>Submit and follow up on insurance claims</li>
<li>Maintain accurate patient records</li>
<li>Support clinical team to ensure smooth daily flow</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Dental front office experience preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of dental insurance (PPO)</li>
<li>Familiar with Eaglesoft</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li>
