Regional Director – Southeast Market (Charlotte or Atlanta Required)
Southeast US (Remote with Regional Travel)
High-growth fitness brand that’s redefining the standard of accessible, results-driven gyms. With our eyes set on strategic expansion and operational excellence, we’re seeking a passionate, business-savvy Regional Director to oversee multiple locations across the Southeast — specifically anchored in either Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA.
This is a high-impact, multi-unit leadership role responsible for guiding club-level leadership in sales performance, member engagement, operational efficiency, and team development.
What You’ll Do:

Directly oversee a portfolio of fitness centers, ensuring each location consistently delivers results and lives up to brand expectations

Coach and develop General Managers, supporting a culture of accountability, high performance, and member-first service

Drive top-line revenue through strategic sales initiatives and local market insights

Ensure operational consistency and compliance with SOPs, safety protocols, and brand standards

Collaborate with senior leadership to align field execution with company priorities and growth goals

Recruit, train, and retain top talent to fuel team depth and long-term succession

Lead with visibility — expect regular regional travel, in-club presence, and direct coaching moments
What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience, preferably in the fitness, retail, or hospitality sectors

Proven success driving sales and profitability across a region or district

A leader who thrives in fast-paced, performance-driven environments

Strong business acumen and a track record of building winning teams

Hands-on coach and mentor who balances people leadership with operational excellence

Must currently reside in Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA and be willing to travel regionally 60–70% of the time
