Responsibilities
This is a cornerstone role. You will work directly with the agency owners to:
- Manage calendars, workflows, internal communication and follow-through
- Proficiently be able to write follow up emails
- Post client meetings be able to, organize meeting notes and save to our client management systems
- Prepare client summaries and help prep policies and accounts for the executives before meetings
- Maintain a calm and organized environment when many things are happening at once
- Executive support that looks like expert calendar management, prioritize tasks for management, and schedule appointments with our current clients
- Help coordinate financial advising summaries and follow up with clients
- Improve systems and ensure the office runs efficiently
- Support client appointments, events, and internal operations

- Ability to summarize- need to take meticulous notes during meetings and log these notes in our system
