Experience
- 5+ years of sales management experience in Home Improvements/Roofing
- Experience managing 25+ sales representative in Home Improvement Industry
- Proven “1 Call Close” track record
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and manage roofing sales representatives
- Coach the team on closing techniques and customer experience
- Drive team performance and sales growth
