Our organization is on the lookout for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to enhance our well-established department in Castro Valley, California.
This full-time position offers a pathway to becoming a shareholder, immediate patient volume, exceptional support, and the chance to significantly influence patient care within a collaborative, physician-led setting.
Position Highlights:
- Join a successful practice with a solid patient base and a robust referral network.
- Provide comprehensive ENT services: Treat patients across all age groups.
- Preferred trauma experience: Exposure to adult cases at a Level II trauma center.
- Work in a collaborative atmosphere: Become part of a committed team of specialists and seasoned clinicians.
- Utilize the Epic EHR system: Training and support will be provided.
- Call coverage: Candidates should live within a 30-minute radius of Eden Medical Center.
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
- Possession of an active California Medical License (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred comfort with adult trauma; ability to treat patients of all ages is ideal.
Compensation and Benefits
- Attractive guaranteed base salary ranging from $493,079 to $557,987 annually (based on experience).
- Additional incentive opportunities available beyond the base salary.
- $1,000 monthly residency stipend for residents who commit up to 12 months prior to hire.
- Signing bonus and relocation assistance offered.
- Eligibility for shareholder status after two years.
