Job DescriptionTalent Acquisition Lead
Niterra Group North America (Formally NGK Sparkplugs, Inc.) is now hiring for a Talent Acquisition Lead located in our corporate office in Wixom, MI. This position will lead all talent acquisition activities throughout our various locations across North America.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a great candidate and hiring manager experience from the first contact, to onboarding.

Actively source (both active and passive talent), interview, and hire candidates for open positions across various geographical markets and professional functions.

Partner with hiring managers and HR team to develop recruiting strategies for long/short term hiring goals.

Develop requisition details, screening and interview questions, reporting and metrics, and process improvement strategies.

Manage job postings across multiple job boards and social media platforms.

Consult with business stakeholders and HR leaders around economic and employment market conditions that impact hiring

Sourcing: Utilize networking, social media, cold-calling, and other methods to proactively source qualified candidates. Develop pipelines of qualified candidates for future needs across the organization.

Manage Applicant Tracking System, maintain data accuracy, and provide regular and ad-hoc reports as needed.

Lead college recruiting initiatives including the Niterra internship program.

Serve as an ambassador, leveraging social media and other channels to enhance Niterra’s online presence and expand our employer brand in the community.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of leading talent acquisition practices and trends and maintain a solid understanding of the competitive landscape.

Assist HR team with training for hiring managers on proper and effective recruiting and interviewing techniques.

Develop and maintain relationships with external hiring agencies for both temporary and direct hiring needs
Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree
-
Minimum of 5 years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience

Experience recruiting for multiple roles across various teams and locations.

Working knowledge of an applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media platforms. (ADP is a plus)

Proven ability to recruit passive candidates for complex, niche positions

Executive presence, high sense of urgency, customer-service driven, and team player mentality.

Experience with college recruiting and internship programs.

Experience managing staffing vendors for both hourly and salaried hiring

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Power BI

Ability to travel as needed (5%)
