Compensation: $1766 - $2127 | Shift: 3x12 Days

In the capacity of an ER Registered Nurse, you will be essential in delivering exceptional care to patients requiring immediate medical assistance. You will work in partnership with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for those in your care. This role includes a day shift schedule with rotations on weekends and holidays, and you may need to assist at various hospital sites across Illinois.

• Implement the nursing process while collaborating with team members for patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as per nursing standards and state regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in line with established standards.
• Conduct assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations of care.
• Create and implement personalized care plans for patients.
• Engage in departmental performance improvement initiatives.
• Offer clinical expertise and support to other units and departments.
• Apply critical thinking to ensure patient safety and escalate issues as necessary.
• Participate in professional nursing activities and peer review processes.
• Must possess an active IL RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and either TNCC or TNS.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; verification of education is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting is necessary.
