Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to help drive growth for The Nature Conservancy. In this entry-level role, you will focus on building relationships, driving sales, and promoting the organization’s mission and programs to potential supporters. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing donations, volunteer participation, and overall awareness of the non-profits.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent the organization with professionalism and enthusiasm, effectively promoting its programs and initiatives to prospective donors and supporters.

Build and nurture relationships with potential + current donors to generate support and drive sales.

Engage with the public face-to-face to boost donations, encourage volunteer sign-ups, and increase overall engagement with the non-profits.

Stay up-to-date with the organization’s mission, programs, and impact, and communicate this knowledge effectively to prospects and supporters.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with supporters.
Qualifications:

Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently to meet and exceed sales targets.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment, and adapt to new challenges.

Previous experience in sales or outreach roles is a plus, but not required as it is an entry-level position.
