Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Provide mobile physical therapy services in patients’ homes
- Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and caregivers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Contribute to a collaborative and growth-focused team culture
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligibility for licensure) in Florida
- Comfortable working in a mobile/home-based setting
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable
- New graduates welcome; mentorship provided
Compensation & Perks
- Base salary: $83,000 – $87,000 annually (based on experience and 25 visits/week)
- Productivity bonus: $50 per visit beyond 25 visits/week
- Potential total earnings: $96,000 – $100,000+ annually
