Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A dynamic opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Technician with experience in both mail order and specialty retail pharmacy environments. This role involves vital customer-facing and support responsibilities that contribute to the seamless operation of pharmacy services.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound client calls and processing order entries accurately.
- Verifying insurance coverage and assisting with inventory control.
- Acting as a liaison between clients, doctors, and pharmacists to facilitate effective communication.
- Providing exceptional customer support to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Supporting customers' pharmaceutical needs while maintaining high service standards.
Schedule/Hours:
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
- Occasionally, weekend or evening shifts may be required based on workload demands.
Location:
- Noblesville, IN
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Certified Pharmacy Technician holding a valid Indiana Pharmacy Technician license.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in pharmacy technician roles with strong data entry skills.
- Proven track record in customer service with exceptional communication abilities.
- Relevant certifications related to healthcare management or customer service are considered an asset.
