Compensation: $58,000 - $72,500 DOE
Overview:
An Am Law 100 firm seeks an Administrative Coordinator to provide organizational, analytical, and administrative support to the Managing Director of Business Operations. The role involves data analysis, reporting, scheduling, and project support for firm-wide operations, travel, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Support business operations, real estate/facilities, and travel departments

Build and maintain Excel reports, charts, and visualizations

Coordinate meetings, events, and calendars

Prepare presentations and reports for leadership

Handle confidential information with discretion

Collaborate with cross-office teams on multiple projects
Qualifications:

Associates degree required; Bachelors preferred

3 - 7 years of experience in law, accounting, banking, or professional services

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
