TMB has an exciting opportunity for a Management Analyst II to provide financial analysis support to a U.S. Navy program office.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed policy analysis to assess the impact and effectiveness of existing organizational policies and procedures.
- Analyze data related to business operations, personnel management, and government contracts to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with community, student, and social program teams to integrate insights and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Support the design and implementation of new business strategies and operational processes to enhance organizational performance.
Qualifications
- Four years of experience providing support to a DoD/DON acquisition program office.
- Prior experience supporting Naval Special Warfare (NSW) undersea manned and unmanned programs and/or Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) programs is desired.
- Experience with certification program plan and technical maintenance manual authority desired.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
