Job Details:

• 3 years of open heart experience required
\n• Pediatric cardiovascular and vascular hybrid experience preferred
\n• On-call required with 4 call teams available
\n• Take an average of 3 days of call each week and 1-2 weekends per month
\n• Weekend call typically runs Friday 1500 to Monday 0630
\n• Call schedules: CV1 (1500-0630), CV2 (1500-2300), Peds (1500-0630 Mon/Tues/Thurs), Hybrid (1500-0630)
\n• Weekend coverage includes 2 call teams: CV and Hybrid
\n• Block scheduling may be approved with manager discussion during interview
\n• Required certifications: CA RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS
\n• All certifications must be AHA or American Red Cross
\n• Epic charting system experience required
\n• 64 hours of orientation provided
\n• Work with patients of all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics
\n• Interdisciplinary support includes respiratory services, interpretation services, radiology, rapid response teams, and unit secretary
\n• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
\n• 2 years minimum experience required for submission
\n• 50 mile travel requirement applies
