Job DescriptionHIRING MIG WELDERS - AURORA, CO

Become part of a premier industrial engineering and construction team known for delivering large‑scale fabrication projects, advanced material handling solutions, and high‑performance industrial systems. We’re seeking a MIG Welder to support fabrication and work in a dynamic, safety‑driven environment. This position is well‑suited for welders skilled in structural and industrial fabrication who can contribute to complex builds requiring accuracy, craftsmanship, and consistent quality.

Pay: $22–$24/hour (DOE)

Schedule: First Shift | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Location: Aurora, CO

Job Description:

  • Perform MIG welding on structural, mechanical, and custom-fabricated components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
  • Weld components used in industrial systems such as conveyors, structural assemblies, and equipment frames
  • Ensure all welds meet quality, safety, and project specifications
  • Grind, clean, and finish welds to meet production and inspection standards
  • Assist with fit-up, layout, and assembly of fabricated components
  • Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper setup for each job
  • Follow strict safety protocols in a production and construction environment
  • Collaborate with fabrication, installation, and engineering teams to meet deadlines

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 1 year of professional MIG welding experience
  • Ability to read and work from blueprints
  • Experience working with carbon steel, stainless, and/or aluminum
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Familiarity with a production or heavy industrial environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
