- As an FCM, you will take the helm of our Financial Center, steering both our team and our clients toward success

- You will be responsible for energizing and coaching a team of talented staff, while also fostering meaningful relationships with clients and prospects.

Education and experience:
- Preferred: A bachelor’s degree; required: High school diploma or GED.
- 3-5+ years’ banking experience
- 5-7+ years’ of success in sales and service management, with a proven record of accomplishment of exceeding goals and upselling products and services.
- Skills: A client-focused mindset, knack for uncovering needs, and the ability to build and expand client relationships with confidence and care.
