About the Role
This is a ground-floor opportunity to launch or grow your career in enterprise tech sales at an innovative startup.
As an SDR, you’ll generate leads, build pipeline, and book meetings—working closely with leadership and gaining exposure to high-level sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research high-potential leads
- Engage prospects via email, phone, and social media
- Set up discovery meetings and product demos
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging
- Track pipeline activity in CRM tools
- Build strong product knowledge to articulate value
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years in a professional setting; prior sales or customer-facing roles a plus
- Experience with commercial P&C insurance experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with CRM tools; eager to learn about AI and insurtech
- Goal-driven and self-motivated
- Passionate about startups and building from the ground up
Bonus:
- SaaS, insurtech, or fintech experience
- Familiarity with HubSpot
Compensation & Benefits
- $50K–$60K base + uncapped commission (Expected OTE: $90K–$100K+)
