About Us

We’re a fast-growing SaaS company launching a new vertical that helps service industry companies (HVACR, plumbing, and related fields) modernize how they connect with clients and manage their digital presence. Our solution is priced at $15,000 for the first year and $10,000 annually thereafter, with special pricing for early adopters.

Role Overview

We’re looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial Sales Representatives to drive new business growth. This is a commission-only role—ideal for someone motivated by uncapped earnings potential and eager to build relationships in industries that are traditionally underserved by cutting-edge software.

As a Sales Rep, you work with existing prospects, identify new prospects, build relationships with decision-makers, and close deals. You’ll have support from leadership for partnered sales, but you’ll also be expected to confidently manage your own pipeline from outreach to signed contract.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and engage with companies in HVACR and other service-based industries, as well as larger corporate accounts.

  • Build strong relationships with owners, executives, and operations leaders.

  • Present and demo our SaaS solution, clearly articulating its value.

  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, outreach, discovery, proposal, and close.

  • Collaborate with leadership on partnered deals where additional support is needed.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to unlock higher commission tiers and bonuses.

What We’re Looking For

  • Drive and hunger to succeed in sales. Whether you’re experienced or just getting started, you’re motivated by results and earnings.

  • Willingness to learn our process, messaging, and tools, and apply them with confidence.

  • Comfort speaking with service industry professionals (contractors, trades, and operational leaders) as well as corporate executives.

  • Comfortable with technology and mobile apps—able to quickly learn new tools and confidently demonstrate them to clients using their own smartphone.

  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a commission-only environment.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience in sales or industries with longer sales cycles is a plus, but not required.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset—you’re motivated to build your own pipeline and succeed.

Requirements

  • Must have a modern smartphone capable of showcasing our SaaS application to clients.

  • Reliable internet access for remote demos and communications.

Compensation & Incentives

This role is 100% commission-based, with clear earning potential based on your level of commitment:

  • Part-time focus (2 closed meetings per week): $3,000–$6,000 per month

  • Full-time focus (3+ closed meetings per week): $5,200–$15,000+ per month

  • Residual commission (1.5%) on first-time subscription renewals, rewarding long-term client relationships.

  • Uncapped earning potential.
