Dynasty Financial Partners, a leading advocate in the wealth management industry for independent financial advisors, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented PR & Network Partner Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position is split evenly between public relations and Network Partner (client) marketing responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to gain experience across two high-impact areas of our business. Based in our St. Petersburg, FL, headquarters, this in-office role supports both the strategic marketing needs of our network firms and the execution of PR initiatives that elevate the Dynasty brand and its partners.
Responsibilities:
Public Relations (50%)
- Support PR activities related to the launch of new firms and initiatives, including drafting press materials and coordinating media outreach.
- Provide ongoing PR support to network firms, helping them amplify their visibility through earned media.
- Assist in conference planning and execution, including coordinating speaking engagements, managing on-site media interactions, and supporting real-time social media content.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Network Partner Marketing (50%)
- Support Launch Marketing efforts by managing projects related to the creation of new firm brands, communications, and digital/traditional marketing assets.
- Provide tactical support for social media and email marketing platform set-ups
- Support creation of social media templates, marketing stationery, pitchbook decks, branded promotional items (SWAG) and other marketing materials needed at the time of the firm’s launch
- Assist with external Resource Partner project management, including coordination between Dynasty and external website agencies, printers, videographers and other external resources as needed
- Participate in client meetings, co-present marketing strategies, document key notes and follow up with actionable next steps.
- Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, PR, or communications preferred.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with PR tools, media databases, Canva, Email Marketing platforms and Google Analytics.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
