Senior Project Manager & Estimator
Full-Time | Rockport, Maine | Reports to: Our Lead Estimator
Starting Pay Range: $36–$40/hr, based on experience
We’re looking for a thoughtful, experienced Senior Project Manager & Estimator to join our team in Rockport, Maine.
This role requires significant experience in the residential construction industry. You should have a deep understanding of how projects are scoped, budgeted, and built—from preconstruction through completion. If you’re someone who thrives in both estimating and project management, and you’re confident navigating everything from client meetings to millwork details, we’d love to meet you.
You’ll work closely with our Lead Estimator and collaborate with our design, operations, and field teams to bring thoughtful, well-executed projects to life. Tech-savvy, detail-oriented professionals with a calm, clear communication style will thrive in this role.
What You’ll Do

Estimate and manage residential construction projects from early concept to final walkthrough

Create and present accurate budgets, proposals, and scopes of work

Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project clarity and alignment

Manage pricing, schedules, materials, and subcontractor relationships

Participate in client site visits and preconstruction planning

Leverage technology to track leads, maintain documentation, and improve workflow

Support and guide projects through handoff and into execution
What We’re Looking For

7+ years of residential construction experience is required

Experience estimating and managing budgets for projects ranging from $100K to $2M+

Deep knowledge of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and millwork scopes

Strong proficiency with digital tools (CRM, estimating software, Buildertrend, or similar)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A calm, organized, team-oriented approach
