Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is highly preferred
  • Comfortable serving a diverse caseload from PreK through 12th grade
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage staff, parents, and students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with communication disorders
  • Create tailored intervention plans and set measurable goals
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development
  • Offer support and resources to classroom teachers and families to foster better outcomes for students

This contract runs from August 2026 through June 2027, providing a stable and fulfilling school-year assignment at 37.5 hours per week. The position embraces those seeking new experiences and welcomes applicants from outside the local area.
