A per diem pharmacist position is available in a retail and long-term care (LTC) pharmacy setting, supporting efficient and accurate prescription services using Computer Rx.
Schedule:• May 9: 7:45 AM – 6:15 PM• May 10: 12:45 PM – 6:15 PM
Key Responsibilities:• Verify 150-200 prescriptions daily to ensure accuracy and patient safety.• Administer immunizations to support public health initiatives.• Collaborate with supportive pharmacy technicians and register staff to maintain smooth workflow.
Qualifications:• Valid and active Texas Pharmacist (RPh) license.• Current immunization certification.• Experience working in retail pharmacy environments.• Ability to handle high-volume prescription verification efficiently.
