We are looking for licensed individuals in New Jersey who are looking to join as a team member, versus a lead advisor, to work with an overflow of lead opportunities in the New Jersey area. You will work directly with the principal to close advanced cases while rebuilding your own pipeline.
If you have 2 years of experience but are looking for a smaller office feel with more support, growth opportunities, training, mentorship, and lead flow, you are a perfect fit.
Compensation:
$70,000 - $100,000 at plan
Responsibilities:
All of the following are provided:
- Weekly training courses and coaching
- Technology Package including CRM and additional software
- Financial reimbursement for those who want to further their education through designations (CFP, ChFc and CLU)
- Full office Staff including the Company Controller and the Human Resources Department
- Healthcare coverage, Vacation pay, and additional benefits available
- Intermediate Computer skills are a must
- Monthly training by industry-leading professional consultants
- Average first-year income approx. $75,000, with many individuals who exceed $125,000.
- Top performers can earn over $200,000.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial services or wealth management, preferably in a client-facing advisor role.
- Life/Health Insurance License Required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work from the Manalapan, NJ office.
