Customer Service Representative
Superior Loan Servicing is a fast-growing, fast-pasted, customer oriented loan servicing company. We service privately funded loans, and work with the borrowers and lenders daily. Knowledge of the mortgage industry is a must.
Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Assists borrowers and lenders by providing excellent customer service and information regarding loan payments, delinquencies, payoffs, etc.
- Maintains customer accounts by notating the account and following up on any pending requests.
- Monthly payment assistance.
- Resolving payment delinquencies.
- Assist delinquent borrowers by working out potential loan modifications when needed.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position. Our operating hours are 7:00am-5:30pm. You must be able to work any shift between the hours of 7:00am and 5:30pm. Great benefits package available after 90 days of employment. Most Federal Holidays are observed. Must be to pass a background check. This is an ON-SITE POSITION in OFFICE.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

- 2 years related customer service experience preferably in a mortgage servicing environment is a plus.
