We are a small company, based on quality, and currently looking to add a Carpenter/Remodeler to our well-established business in Berks County, PA. You will be responsible for being a part of our team that provides all phases of building and/or remodeling for our residential and commercial customers. If you’re detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and take pride in quality craftsmanship, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints, sketches, or plans to determine layout and specifications
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials like wood, plywood, and MDF
- Frame walls, floors, and roofs; install windows, doors, and trim
- Build and repair decks, stairs, partitions, and cabinetry
- Use hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment safely and effectively
- Inspect structures for damage and perform necessary repairs
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of carpentry experience is preferred
- Quality craftsmanship and professionalism
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and experience in all phases of construction and remodeling
- Working hand in hand with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction
