Electronic Assembly Technician
Job Description
Overview:
A leading technology team is seeking a full-time Electronics Technician to support the production of advanced radio communication systems. This role will be an integral part of the production team, working closely with operations and engineering to ensure high-quality manufacturing, testing, and delivery of products. This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:

Test sensitive electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards (PCBs).

Perform final assembly and inspection of completed products.

Conduct system-level and quality control testing during production.

Log production statistics and provide daily feedback to the team.

Perform additional related duties as needed.
Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.

Strong manual dexterity and skill with small tools (e.g., tweezers, screwdrivers, torque wrenches).

Proficient with computers and general PC usage.

Team-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented and enjoys hands-on work.

Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) due to federal contract requirements.

Must successfully pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in an electronics manufacturing or testing environment.

Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
Working Conditions:
-
Indoor, climate-controlled environment.

Occasional exposure to varying temperatures.

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and move around lab areas as needed.
