Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab Tech II

Job Details:
\n
• Work in a four-person team environment handling 12-20 cases per day across three labs
\n• Responsible for scrubbing in and setting up tables for cardiac procedures
\n• Work in both Cath Lab and EP (electrophysiology) departments
\n• Required certifications: Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), BLS, and ACLS
\n• Minimum one year experience scrubbing within Cath Lab, Diagnostics, PCI's, Impellas, Balloon Pumps, and Peripheral diagnostic interventions required
\n• Structural Heart and EP experience preferred but not required
\n• IR experience preferred but not required
\n• Must demonstrate understanding of cardiac, vascular, respiratory, and renal physiology and pathology
\n• Monitor diagnostic cardiac catheter procedures and percutaneous interventions
\n• Perform cardiac outputs, O2 saturations, and ACT measurements
\n• Ability to wear lead aprons weighing up to 5 lbs for undetermined periods
\n• Must be able to scrub in sterile environment for extended periods
\n• Team-first mentality required with willingness to help when needed
\n• High school diploma or GED required with graduate degree from accredited Allied Health Sciences program
\n• Must utilize Merge Hemo and Merge Cardio programs
