Job DescriptionPress Operator in North Kansas City – Pay $20/hour
*This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time*
Integrity Trade Services is hiring an experienced Press Operator for our Screen Printing and Custom Apparel client to start immediately at $20/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire which include:

This person will operate an automatic press, run jobs up to 6-8 colors, and take ownership of their station—including directing their puller and catcher to ensure quality output.
Requirements:
2-3+ years of experience operating automatic screen printing equipment (M&R experience preferred)
Solid understanding of screen printing fundamentals: ie, mesh counts, PMS color matching, flash curing, ink types, and various base substrates
Ability to set up jobs independently and communicate print specifications clearly to team members
Reliable attendance and punctuality; limited flexibility for short-notice absences or early departures
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically (boxes, shirt bundles, screens)
Manual dexterity and stamina to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment
