MidPlaza Holding is looking for a professional and highly organized Secretary. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, also ensuring efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and an ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes during meetings, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain filing systems, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and maintain a high level of discretion.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing inquiries and requests.
- Support the Director in coordination and administrative tasks as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
