Role Overview
Our firm is seeking a detail‐oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our busy real estate law firm. In this role, you will be responsible for managing title orders and preparing title commitments, clearing title issues, and ensuring all files are up to date and accurate. The ideal candidate thrives in a high‐volume environment and has excellent communication skills to coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Document Processing: Manage title orders and prepare title commitments for real estate closings, and prepare title curative documents.
Coordination: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, lenders, and real estate agents to resolve title‐related issues.
Record Management: Maintain organized files for all transactions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a title clerk, legal assistant, or similar administrative role is preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines in a busy office. Proficiency with electronic databases and office software a must.
