What You’ll Do:
- Build and manage relationships with 50–100 employers
- Create job opportunities and coordinate hiring events
- Coach participants for interviews and workplace success
- Match talent to business needs and drive job placements
- Help individuals overcome barriers and achieve economic independence
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Workforce Development, or related)
- 5+ years in job development, recruiting, or sales
- Strong networking, communication, and coaching skills
- Passion for making a real impact in people’s lives

• Bachelor's Degree
• Live in the DC area
• Accept a background check
• Working in an on-site setting
• 5+ years of work experience with Business Development
• 3+ years of work experience with Business/Employer Engagement
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management
