Entry-Level Management Trainee

About the Role
Water-City Blaze is seeking an Entry-Level Management Trainee to support our sales and marketing operations. This is an in-person role focused on customer interaction, product education, and learning the fundamentals of team leadership. Candidates who enjoy working with people and are interested in developing professional skills will be a strong fit for this position.
The role involves face-to-face customer communication at events, retail environments, and promotional locations throughout the Tampa area.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in person to explain products and services.
- Sales Support: Assist with customer questions, lead generation, and completing sales as instructed.
- Training Participation: Take part in training sessions focused on sales processes, communication skills, and leadership fundamentals.
- Event Support: Help coordinate and participate in marketing events and promotional activities.
- Relationship Building: Maintain positive relationships with customers to support retention and satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside team members to meet shared goals and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills

- No prior experience required—training is provided
