Ray Mart Inc is looking for a self-motivated person with an outgoing personality, good communication skills and strong computer experience to fill an Accounts Payable Clerk position in Temple, Texas. This position is best suited for applicants who are dependable, well-organized and demonstrate great attention to detail.
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Must be able to multitask.
- Must demonstrate great attention to detail.
- Must be able to follow detailed instruction and work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
- Responsible for organizing supplier invoices, obtaining management approvals, and preparing them for payment.
- Responsible for maintaining monthly supplier statements.
- General clerical duties related to accounts payable.
Requirements:
- A minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative office environment.
- Background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening are required.
- Proficiency in basic computer and software operations.
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills are essential.
