🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:
- Through-hole soldering
- Assemble components following process instructions, blueprints, and drawings.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, parts lists, operations sheets, and visual aids.
- Set up and operate machines, tooling, and test equipment.
- Perform rework on test failures according to standard repair procedures.
- Working with small parts –strong hand dexterity is a must
🧠 What We’re Looking For:
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Experience with soldering or assembly is a plus, but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Must be able to pass a soldering and assembly test during the interview
⏰ Schedule:
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (your choice!)
- Monday through Friday

The pay range for this position is $27.40 - $27.40/hr.
