Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Make an impact in the lives of students as a Speech-Language Pathologist working on-site in the vibrant Denver area. This contract role begins August 6, 2026, and extends through May 26, 2027, with interviews underway for the upcoming school year. Enjoy a full-time Monday through Friday schedule (37.5 hours per week), serving diverse student populations across multiple campuses with caseloads averaging between 25-45.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to students in a K-12 educational setting.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders; conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings, data collection, case management, and documentation according to district and state requirements.
- Attend and bill for professional development days provided by the district.
- Embrace on-site engagement, as remote or virtual opportunities are not available for this position.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Active Colorado Department of Education (CO DOE) certification.
- Valid Colorado SLP License.
- Completion of background check and fingerprinting prior to assignment.
- School-based experience is preferred, but new graduates (CFs) are encouraged to apply if supervision can be provided.
- SLPA candidates are not eligible at this time.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
