JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

The Marketing Coordinator position is to provide various administrative support to ensure the quality of Spinnaker Telemarketing package sales, sold and to provide customer service at the highest level of standards within established guidelines. The goal is to ensure a positive experience for all potential new owners in the early stage of their interactions with Spinnaker. As such, this position will not only monitor call center calls for quality and training purposes; but this position will also report on problem issues and strategize with management to implement solutions for timely and quality resolutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor calls of various Marketing groups to include – Outside Telemarketing Vendors
  • Identify any Concerns/Complaints, Noteworthy Trends whereby evaluating whether staff members are following proper procedures and protocol; Document findings and provide management with details for opportunities for training/improvement
  • Direct Vendor Package Build
  • Prepare Direct Vendor Invoices
  • Reconcile Local Dining Vouchers in SPI
  • Build F2F packages for all locations
  • Gift Card Distribution – Provide to the VC/TD as needed and update tracker
  • Process Customer surveys, responding to Customers and forwarding issues to appropriate departments
  • Place Calls to Spinnaker guests after they tour to conduct a survey about their experience
  • New Owner Gifting Project
  • Track and report monthly spend for all locations with Tru-Perk
  • UPS/USPS shipments as needed
  • Tue/Wed – Sort and deliver mail to other departments (Contracts/Loans/Marketing)
  • Performs other related duties & special projects as requested by Manager and Executive Director of Sales and Marketing

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Professional skills to effectively deal with people and situations
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives
  • Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (specifically Word and Excel)
  • Ability to type 45 WPM
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to master new tasks quickly
  • Highly Organized
  • Knowledge of Project Management skills a bonus
