We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our established Independent Insurance Agency. In this role, you will assist customers by providing product service and information within a small, cross-functional team. You will engage with clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions, utilizing various knowledge base and payment processing tools. Occasional local travel may be required.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, payments, policy changes, and file claims
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve product-related issues and customer concerns promptly
- Document and update customer records after each interaction
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of evolving products and services
- Build and sustain strong client relationships
