Job Title: Senior Sales Liaison – Physician Services (Outside Sales)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 base salary + uncapped commission

Twin Cities Physicians is seeking a true hunter. This is a front-line, outside sales role built for someone who can open doors, navigate gatekeepers, and close new business through C-suite–level conversations with Administrators, Owners, and Ownership Groups across Minnesota.
This is not an account management or order-taking role. We need someone who can produce, track their numbers, live in the field, and represent the company with confidence while competing against other well-known rounding physician groups in the Minnesota market such as Bluestone Physician Services, North Memorial, and similar physician-led models.
What You’ll Do
- Hunt for new business through cold outreach, referrals, and in-person relationship building
- Navigate gatekeepers to secure meetings with Executive Directors, Administrators, Owners, and leadership teams
- Lead C-suite–level conversations focused on outcomes, stability, and long-term clinical partnerships
- Present, negotiate, and close physician service agreements with senior living and post-acute operators
- Drive throughout Minnesota to meet prospects face-to-face and maintain a strong field presence
- Own your pipeline and metrics from first contact to signed agreement
- Serve as a professional, polished face of Twin Cities Physicians in the market

- Comfortable being held accountable to activity, pipeline, and close-rate metrics
- Confident holding business-level conversations with senior leaders and ownership groups
- Highly competitive, self-motivated, and driven by uncapped commission
- Able to handle rejection, stay persistent, and close deals
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently in the field
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel statewide
