Senior Sourcing Specialist
Position Overview
The Senior Sourcing Specialist develops and sustains qualified and diverse candidate pipelines for specialized and high-volume positions. This position leverages advanced sourcing strategies, including grass-roots recruitment and diversity-focused outreach, to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement advanced sourcing techniques to support large-scale or niche hiring.
- Lead diversity recruitment and employment branding initiatives.
- Conduct candidate research and pipeline reporting.
- Partner with recruiting teams to design innovative outreach strategies.
- Represent the organization at job fairs and career events.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Behavioral Sciences, Communications, Marketing, or Human Resources.
- Four (4) years of experience in high-volume pipeline recruitment, including at least two (2) years of diversity or military recruitment.
- Bilingual fluency in English and one additional language preferred.
Required Skills
- Expertise in modern sourcing platforms and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems.
Certification Requirement
- AIRS Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (CDR) or similar certification preferred.
Clearance Requirement
- Must pass WMATAs personnel background screening.
