Senior Sourcing Specialist

Position Overview
The Senior Sourcing Specialist develops and sustains qualified and diverse candidate pipelines for specialized and high-volume positions. This position leverages advanced sourcing strategies, including grass-roots recruitment and diversity-focused outreach, to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement advanced sourcing techniques to support large-scale or niche hiring.
  • Lead diversity recruitment and employment branding initiatives.
  • Conduct candidate research and pipeline reporting.
  • Partner with recruiting teams to design innovative outreach strategies.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs and career events.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Behavioral Sciences, Communications, Marketing, or Human Resources.
  • Four (4) years of experience in high-volume pipeline recruitment, including at least two (2) years of diversity or military recruitment.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and one additional language preferred.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in modern sourcing platforms and Boolean search techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems.

Certification Requirement

  • AIRS Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (CDR) or similar certification preferred.

Clearance Requirement

  • Must pass WMATAs personnel background screening.
