Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Input data into tracking system, spreadsheets or databases.
- Build and develop a thorough understanding of logistics and 3PL industry.
- Prepare reports and other documentation as needed.
- Participate in meetings and contribute insights and suggestions.
- Support day-to-day operations and sales tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a business related, supply chain or management courses.
- Strong interest in logistics or transportation and eagerness to learn.
- Must have excellent phone and email communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid understanding of MS Office, Windows, and basic business software
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
