We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and highly organized professional to join our team as a Sales Administrator & Executive Assistant. This role combines strategic and executive support functions to drive decision-making and execution at the highest level. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates effectively, and knows how to turn ideas into action.
You will play a critical role in helping leadership make informed decisions, communicate clearly, and deliver results. This is a high-visibility role where ownership, judgment, and initiative are key to success.
What You’ll Do
- Turn executive direction and business needs into clear plans, deliverables, and actions
- Partner with leaders to understand initiatives, ask the right questions, and confirm alignment before execution
- Build concise, high-impact slide decks and business materials that tell a clear story
- Track progress on key initiatives, flag risks, and escalate with recommended solutions
- Drive cross-functional coordination, ensuring priorities are understood and executed
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, anticipating needs and providing proactive solutions
- Manage calendars, meetings, and communications to maximize leadership focus on top priorities
- Draft executive communications, prepare summaries, and distill complex topics for decision-making

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field
- Experience supporting senior leadership in a strategic or operational role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency with tools like Excel, BI, etc.
- Advanced PowerPoint and messaging skills to create executive-ready presentations
- Exceptional organizational ability with skill in managing multiple priorities under pressure
- Highly proactive and self-driven; thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Professional discretion in handling sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams)
Preferred:
- Background in administration, project management, or business operations
- Experience in manufacturing or technology environments
- Prior experience in corporate or executive-level support
