Cherry Picker (Order Picker) Operator – Tire Warehouse (Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Fort Worth, TX (In Person)
Pay: $17.50 per hour First Shift & $18.00 per hour Second shift
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Permanent
Hiring Timeline: Hiring within 2 weeks
We are seeking an experienced Cherry Picker (Order Picker) Operator to join our fast-paced tire distribution warehouse in Fort Worth, TX. This position focuses on safely operating powered industrial equipment to pick, move, and stage tires of various sizes while maintaining strong accuracy and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a cherry picker/order picker forklift to pull and put away tire inventory
Pick orders using RF scanners or pick tickets with high accuracy
Load, unload, and stage tires for shipping and receiving
Move tires ranging from light passenger tires to heavier commercial tires
Perform daily equipment inspections and follow all warehouse safety procedures
Maintain clean, organized aisles and work areas
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
Prior experience operating a Cherry Picker/Order Picker in a warehouse setting
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Comfortable working at heights on an elevated platform
Basic computer and/or RF scanner experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Must present valid forklift/cherry picker certification (certificates required)
Schedule
Full-time schedule
Typically Monday–Friday, Saturday Optional
