Position Overview
Seeking experienced Certified Surgical Technologists (CSTs) for an Adult Operating Room supporting a high-acuity surgical environment. The ideal candidate will have strong scrub experience and recent trauma-level hospital exposure.

Mix of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
-
Perform scrub duties for a wide range of adult surgical procedures
-
Maintain sterile field and ensure adherence to surgical asepsis standards
-
Prepare operating rooms, instruments, equipment, and supplies
-
Assist surgeons during procedures by anticipating needs
-
Participate in trauma and emergency surgical cases as assigned
-
Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines
-
Function independently in an acute care OR setting with minimal supervision
Required Qualifications
-
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Required
-
Minimum 3 years of recent OR experience (within the last 4 years)
-
Experience in Level 1 or Level 2 trauma centers or equivalent acute care facilities
-
Strong scrub experience in adult operating rooms
-
Experience across multiple surgical specialties, including:

Trauma

Orthopedics

General Surgery

ENT

Vascular

GYN

Neurosurgery

Bariatric

GU

Skills & Experience Requirements

Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience (required)
