Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our expense reduction program
- Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with leads and build rapport
- Present proposals and answer prospects' questions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferable
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
