Position SummaryThis is a community-based full-time role that offers flexibility, autonomy, and a meaningful impact. You’ll provide in-home physical therapy to patients recovering from injuries resulting from auto accidents or workplace incidents, helping them regain function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love.
Compensation & Benefits

What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Maryland
- 2+ years of clinical experience (outpatient, home health, or orthopedics preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Tech-savvy and able to document on the go
- Evening and/or weekend availability preferred but not required.
Flexible Full-Time Opportunity
- Average caseload: 30–35 patient visits per week.
- Flexible Hours — Ideal availability is 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, but not a requirement. (This can be discussed)
- Patients in Baltimore County and Baltimore City
- Efficient Routing — We help you learn to group by county and zip code to minimize drive time.
