RN – L&D / PP / MB (LDRP) | 12H Nights (6:45p–7:15a) | 36hrs GTD | 2+ yrs LDRP exp required | BLS (AHA), ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate FHM & STABLE required | EMR: EPIC | Low-volume unit (~220 births/year) | Ratios per AWHONN | Must handle L&D, PP & newborn care independently | Must titrate drips (Pitocin, Mag, Insulin, D10) | RN reads fetal strips (OBIX) | Charge RN takes patients | No OB/Anesthesia in-house (on-call) | Call rotation required | Floating as helping hands (Zone 1 only if needed) | 3 weekend shifts in 6 weeks + holiday rotation | Scrubs provided (blue) | 60-mile radius rule (DL required) |
