JOB SUMMARY
The Multi-Modality Tracking Coordinator is responsible for multi-modality tracking functions.
You will:
- Generate, track and mail patient result/overdue letters.
- Follow up on undeliverable addresses, enter, maintain and develop statistical information.
- Report, retrieve and enter pathology report/information on studies needing a biopsy.
- Maintain all necessary records and data entry into the RIS tracking system.
If You Are:
- High school diploma or general education degree.
- Possesses and utilizes excellent customer service skills.
- Strong public relations skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized.
- Possesses clerical skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with doctors, referring doctors, staff, patients, vendors, peers and management.
